Use
On dry skin prior to the shower or bath. The bristle are very course and you will need to build up your tolerance to the discomfort. You want the skin to be pink when you are finished. Start at the feet and work in circular motions up towards the heart, then from the hands toward the heart, finish with circles around the abdomen and on the back.
